1. About our products & performance
On basis of WF67Y series press brake, this type machine is installed CNC controllers, which can meet customers'requirements for the design of high precision processing.
For different CNC controllers, there are Twisting axis synchronous and electro-hydraulic Synchronous
Upon request, we can set single axis, twin axial and multiaxial control, which can make the slipper stroke and backgauge have a high precision.
Servo motor, ball screw, Optical Scale and valves are all imported from abroad.

2. Our features
This machine is on basis of WF67Y series press brake, this type machine is installed CNC controller, which can meet customers' requirements for the design of high precision processing.

2.1. Many CNC controllers are available, such as Delem brand, Estun brand and Sanyuan brand, etc. For details please see P11 (CNC controllers introduction).
2.2. The whole machine is in sheet plate welded structure, with internal stress eliminated by vibration aging technology, high strength and good rigidity of machine.
2.3. Double hydraulic of cylinder is applied for upper transmission, provided with mechanical limit stopper and synchronous torsion bar, typical of stable and reliable operation, as well as high precision.
2.4. Electrical control and manual fine-turning mode are adopted for distance of rear stopper and stroke of gliding block, and fitted with digital display device, easy and quick in use.
2.5. Upper die is fitted with deflection compensation device.
2.6 Mould clamping device

In the process of clamping on the upper die only needs to pull the handle can be clamping fixture on the time-saving mode. A fixture in the semi-circular button on the module and the clamping face contact to improve on the mode of clamping conditions, changes in the common fixture in the existence of local access lines or contact the situation so that the clamp on a solid model is not easy migration. To clamp small size of San knife to solve a common fixture folders scattered when a loose knife.
